Welcome to our online registration for 2012-2013!
St. Anastasia Catholic School is accepting registrations on line for new students for 2012-2013.
Please complete and submit the application form below on line and mail applicable fees to St. Anastasia Catholic School, Attention Registration, 8631 S. Stanmoor Dr., Los Angeles 90045
Fees
- $100 non-refundable registration fee per applicant (payable to St. Anastasia Catholic School)
- Additional $45 screening fee per kindergarten applicant (payable to Chancy and Bruce).

Kindergarten
As part of the Application Form, you will be asked to select appointment times for the following; appointment times will be confirmed by email:
- Interview with Msgr. Gabriel Gonzales, our pastor, which will take approximately 20 minutes and is for parents only.
- Interview with Mrs. Rosemary Connolly, our principal, which will take approximately 20 minutes and is for parents and child.
- Screening by Chancy and Bruce Educational Resources which will take approximately 30 minutes and is for your child.
Children entering kindergarten MUST turn five on or before August 31, 2012.
Grades 1 to 8
As part of the Application Form, you will be asked to select an appointment time to have your child tested; appointment time will be confirmed by email. The test will take approximately one hour.
Children entering first grade must turn six on or before August 31, 2012; and children entering second grade must turn seven on or before August 31, 2012.
