- Manages the finances of the PTO
- Maintains the PTO bank account
- Reimburses PTO volunteers for expenditures related to PTO operations and fundraising activity
- Maintains the accounting system for tracking receipts and expenditures
- Provides financial reports for the PTO overall and for each fundraising activity.
