Tuition and Fees

Tuition
The full cost of education for a St. Anastasia student during the school year is higher than the rate of tuition. The difference in cost and tuition is made up from fundraising and the Panther Fund. 
 
After school care, athletics, musical, field trips and other extra curricular activities will have separate fees. (See "Other Fees" below)

Tuition Discounts
To qualify for tuition discounts, parents should contribute to both the Parish and the Panther Fund annually, and be in good standing of completed service hours (for returning families).

Panther Fund Commitment
All families will contribute a minimum of $500 to our Panther Fund. You may make monthly contributions from July-May or make a one-time donation. This may be paid online (PANTHER FUND) or with a check payable to St. Anastasia PTO delivered to the school office. 

Eligibility for Parishioner Rate
The philosophy behind the Parishioner discount is that parishioners, who already contribute to the church collections should be given help in sending their children to the parochial school. A parishioner is a registered family who is a regular contributor to the parish in time, talent and treasure.
Parishioner status is determined through:
1. Attendance at Sunday Mass at St. Anastasia on a regular basis.
2. Contributions weekly to the financial support of St. Anastasia Parish through our envelope system and/or online giving system. The weekly contribution goal is $25/week which out works to a contribution to the Parish of $1,300.
Parishioner status is evaluated on a bi-annual basis at the discretion of the Parish Finance Council and Pastor. For those parishioners who may experience financial difficulty by this, the parish may offer assistance. Please contact the parish office.

Parent Service Hours and Fee
At the time of enrollment, families will pay the $450 Parent Service Fee. We ask each family to volunteer at least 40 hours (30 hours for single-parent families) with at least 3 hours towards the Parish Ball. The Parent Service Fee will be rolled over for parents who complete the 40 hour requirement by May 31, 2026.
 
We are also offering the choice to opt out of volunteer hours for a fee of $1,000 per family for the 2025-2026 school year. This fee is due by Aug 1, 2025. This is an annual fee and it is subject to change each school year. This is not tax-deductible.
 
 
Other Fees
After School Care 
  • Junior Kindergarten: $350/month
  • Grades K-8 (ADESTE): $350/month (1 child), $510/month (2 children), $640/month (3 children)
 
Musical
  • Musical Participation Fee: $300
 
Sports
  • Each sport is $150 per trimester
  • Golf will also have a per tournament fee
 
Overnight Field Trips (prices vary each year)
  • 5th grade Catalina Toyon Bay
  • 6th grade AstroCamp
  • 7th grader The Pali Institute
  • 8th grader The Pali Institute
  • 8th grader Washington DC
    • 8th Grade Families can anticipate additional fundraising or paying an 8th Grade graduation fee to cover particular 8th grade expenses.
