About the Parish Ball
Since 1953, St. Anastasia Catholic School has been focused on providing academic excellence and equipping each student with the tools and resources needed to succeed and continue down a positive and prosperous educational journey. Each year, the annual Parish Ball helps generate the funds that lay the groundwork for this success. The ball takes place each spring, and includes dinner, dancing and a silent and live auction.
Thanks to our community and families like you, the Parish Ball continues to be St. Anastasia’s largest fundraiser. In past years, funds raised have allowed us to build Pastor’s Plaza (an outdoor gathering space for multiple school and parish functions), enhance our beloved school library, new classroom furniture and adding heating and air conditioning to the school building! We are so thankful for the continued support of our community, allowing us to complete these crucial projects for our students!

Ribeye
Bourbon-Glazed Ribeye Grilled Ribeye with bourbon BBQ glaze, sliced and fanned, topped with crispy onion strings, served with Grilled Broccolini Grilled broccolini with chili-lime oil and Herb-Roasted Fingerling Potatoes Crispy fingerlings with garlic, rosemary, and olive oil.
