Shannon Matthews and Beata Murphy

  • Presides over all Board and General meetings.
  • Oversees the work of other Officers.
  • Ex-officio member of all committees except the Nominating Committee.
  • Will serve on the St. Anastasia School Board as an ex-officio member and deliver a PTO report at quarterly meetings
  • Acts as a liaison between the parents, teachers, the Principal and the Pastor.
  • Updates the Principal and Pastor regarding any business they might have missed. 
  • Assists the Vice-Presidents in selecting the project or committee chairs. 
  • Prepares monthly PTO report for Parent Square. 
  • Oversees PTO Budget for the year
  • Member of the By-Laws Committee. 
  • Represents the PTO at outside functions.
